One of our forklift drivers managed to drive into one of our up and over doors while it was partially open. My priority was to get the warehouse secured overnight. I Googled door repairs and decided to call Sprint as they were only about 15 miles from our location. From the outset, Taylor was able to dispatch two engineers the same day to effect a temporary repair to ensure security. The same two engineers arrived a few days later to effect a complete 100% repair. They left the door well balanced and working 100% correctly.
